The Columbus Coffee Experience :)

 Stop Two of Fourteen

771 Neil Ave, Columbus, OH, 43215: Boston Stoker

Shoutout to my mom for the cute, festive mask!

My spooky weekend was filled with more coffee than candy, but I am certainly not complaining.

I went to visit the one I owe my coffee addiction to (Kimberly, ha-ha!) and our journey lead us to Boston Stoker.

Something I like to do before I go to a new place is look at what others have posted under that location on Instagram. When I searched Boston Stoker is made me super stoked to go (see what I did there).

The drive didn't take Kimberly and I long, and as soon as we entered I loved it!

~FLAVOR~ ✰✰✰

What else would I get besides a chai? Honestly though, my plan was to get something new, but I rushed and ordered the chai...ha-ha! I'm glad I did though, it was one of the better chai's that I have had in awhile! I could see all the spices sitting in the bottom of my cup, and that made me super excited to mix it up and take a sip. That chai was a 9/10 for sure, and would've been 10/10 if I didn't spill it everywhere due to my cracked lid...I still recommend though!

~PRESENTATION~ ✰✰✰

At first glance is seemed like my cup didn't have any label on it, but after a closer look I saw Boston Stoker on my cup, and was able to see what the hot drink labels looked like too! Although I love sleeves, I think I like it better when coffee shops have their logo right on the cup. I'd rather miss out on putting a sleeve on my bulletin board if it means that sleeve doesn't end up on the ground.

Bonus: This coffee shop had stickers!

~COFFEE SHOP VIBE~ ✰✰✰✰✰

The staff at Boston Stoker was so sweet. Neither Kimberly or I knew what we wanted, but they were patient and waited. They also made our drinks super quick! The inside was so nice, and I think they make real good use of the space they have. The entire left was had things you could buy, and the right wall had a few tables. Right when you walk in there was a little cozy area with a couch and two comfy looking chairs that I'm sure Kimberly and I would've sat in had we not gone outside. Speaking of Kimberly, she's what made the whole trip the most memorable! We went outside and went through our little Columbus Coffee Experience books we got (see the picture above) and we just chatted and caught up. And...we may have made an impulse decision to do something exciting...check the next blog out to know ;).

~SUMMARY~

Victorian Village in Columbus is so peaceful and aestehtic, and this coffee shop fit right in. Visiting this one has got me excited to go to the other Columbus Coffee Experience locations in Victorian Village!
